Been doing this for 2 months now and I gotta say I LOVE it. I used to compete at the collegiate level at USC and we did some hard core traning. This is way beyond anything we did there. Intense, quick and effective.

I've tried everything on the market. P90X, bodybuilding mags... you name it, I've done it. Athlean-X is the CLEAR winner. Not sure where the magic stuff is, but it's here. I've gone through the program a few times and I look better after each cycle. The meal plan is so easy to follow that it came natural after the first few days.

I have to say, I love the whole aspect of training like an athlete. I'm not really into sports but I appreciate the fitness level and the training that pro athletes have to endure.

The Athlean-x workouts never get stale and I'm always able to push myself a bit further each day. I definitely recommend Jeff's program over anything else.
