Growing up I was the smaller, skinny kid. It took till about the age of 19 till I got serious about my fitness. Stuck out in the middle of Iraq serving our country, I stumbled across Athlean-X online. The product gave me the nutrition program, and workout regime I needed to begin not only transforming my body, but also my mind and way of life!! This program made me push myself to limits I didn't think were possible and now when I look at myself in the mirror and see where I was and where I am now, I've never looked back.

Thanks Jeff for AthLEAN-X and your Hall of Fame Coaching. You pulled me through some very negative days and taught me that proper nutrition was necessary for me to meet the goals that I had set for myself. I am at the same weight as I was in high school but a whole lot leaner. I do enjoy catching a glance of my abs in the mirror now and then to my amazement. To think that at my age I could have a new body was always a big question in my mind. AthLEAN-X is a great program and the variety of exercises certainly keeps your body guessing as to what's the next torture. I am looking forward to repeating the program and adding your YouTube series "12 Weeks to 6 Pack Abs".

I found your program while surfing the internet. I had been training for almost 2 years now and I had seen some results but I knew something was lacking. So I decided to try AthLEAN-X and the results that I achieved are amazing! This is by far THE BEST workout/nutrition plan that I have ever used or seen before. The proof is in the results. When I started I was well over 14% bodyfat and around 165 lbs... although I was not "fat" I was still not happy with my body at all and I needed to build more muscle! Now just 90 days later, I've maintained the same bodyweight but have cut my body fat in half to just 6.7%!! That's 12 lbs of solid muscle mass gained!
Just a couple weeks into it I could already see my abs (which I have never seen before). 6 weeks into it and I could really start seeing differences, especially in the muscularity of my arms and chest. My veins were visible and I was getting leaner at the same time I was getting bigger. About 9 weeks in and I was getting compliments all the time and I felt really good and I never looked back as I closed out the final 3 weeks stronger than ever.
The program is unreal and I couldn't be more ecstatic about the results. Since I started the program I have become so much more confident, not just in my body and how I look but in every aspect of my life, and it's helped me tremendously to feel even readier than ever to pursue my lifelong dream to begin training to become a firefighter! What I loved most about AthLEAN-X was its short, intense workouts that incorporated lots of muscle confussion style exercises. What I mean by this is exercises out of the "NORM". My training had been in a rut and I needed something to get me going. At 41 years old, pacemaker, and two bulging disk in my back I stand firm that the only thing that holds us back is attitude! I am now 42 and more active than ever with my training thanks to AthLEAN-X! With the same program, I'm confident that others can achieve the same success that I have!

I have to admit, I like to party and have fun... as you can see in my before picture! But I think it's also pretty obvious that this wasn't really doing my body any favors. I decided to give the AthLEAN-X Training System a try. Man... am I glad I did! Not only has it given me 6 pack abs for the first time in my life, but I was able to do this while still going out and having fun with the boys! Finally... a REAL program that lets you be a regular guy but makes you look anything but regular! After losing lots of ugly body fat and weight, all while continuing to build new muscle, I certainly am a believer! Thanks Jeff... awesome stuff man!

AthLEAN-X is absolutely the best program I have ever bought. Before I found it, I was like a lot of other people who thoght that building muscle and losing fat at the same time is impossible because other programs I tried that claimed this didn't work. Turns out...I was way wrong!
From the first workout I could tell that this program was quite different. Then again, Jeff Cavaliere is not like all the other guys...as he is a physical therapist with REAL credentials so I shouldn't have been surprised.
The exercises were cool, well explained and the workouts were just awesome! One of the best things was that you could workout at home if you don´t have a gym membership and get the same results. The meal plan was by far the easiest I have ever followed and I started seeing fat loss in literally 3 weeks!
If you're looking for a short, challenging and effective workout...I'll save you the time and money looking for programs that won't deliver and instead point you in the direction of the one I promise will work to build muscle and burn fat at the same time...AthLEAN-X!

I'm on week 9 of the athlean x program and i am seeing really good results. I mentioned earlier that I was already in pretty good shape when I started (6"2"/180" lbs) so I was already lean. What I was looking for was a program to add lean body mass... and this is working well as you assured me! I hate doing the big bulking for like 3 months then trimming down. It's hard and uncomfortable and almost pointless when you can do it at once with AthLEAN-X! You mentioned you can be "athlean" all year round... and I believe that now!

Some guys in my office started doing P-90X. They were talking about how excited they were to start getting back into shape. I went to check it out for myself and stumbled upon AthleanX. 90 days later my friends are in the same shape they were in when they first started P-90X. AthleanX has turned my body into a fat incinerating muscle building machine in about half the time. I look and feel better than I did 20 years ago.
